Amaravati: Senior YSR Congress Party leader and Sattenapalli MLA, Ambati Rambabu asked Leader of Opposition in Andhra Pradesh assembly, Chandrababu Naidu, as to why praise of Telangana chief minister, K. Chandrashekhar Rao troubled him. Why did he feel envious when KCR was praised, he asked. Andhra Pradesh chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy simply said that KCR is a good individual, but certainly did not say that Chandrababu was bad. Ambati added that KCR was a thousand times better than Chandrababu. The YSRCP MLA made these observations in the context of TDP members’ disruption of the discussion on the sharing of Godavari waters. Rambabu pointed out that TDP members were misleading the House and asked Chandrababu and his party men to mend their ways.
People were watching the assembly proceedings closely, he said. Rambabu slammed Chandrababu for his obstructionist ways in the House. He remarked that YS Jagan had made it clear that optimum utilization of river waters for the benefit of the people of the two states was the mission of the two chief ministers.
