Ingredients

  • Potato 4 boiled and mashed
  • Eggs 3
  • Bread crumbs
  • Green chilies 8-10
  • Green coriander ½ bunch
  • Mint leaves hand full
  • Spring onion 1 small (optional)
  • Lemon 1 large
  • Oil ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil potatoes peel and mash set a side.
  2. Chop coriander, mint and green chilies and add in potatoes.
  3. Add salt, garam masala and lemon juice and mix well with hands.
  4. Make smooth patties and coat into whisk eggs.
  5. Roll into bread crumbs and shallow fry in warm oil.
