Sukhi Khobani Ki Chutney



  • Apricot 250 gm (dry)
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Mix nuts 50 gm
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Red chilies powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash apricot and soak in water for 2 hours.
  2. Pour apricot along water in pan, add sugar, red chilies powder and salt let it cook on low flame.
  3. When apricot tenders and sugar syrup is thick.
  4. Removes from the stove and add garam masala powder, mix nuts and vinegar.
  5. Let it cool and fill in bottle.
  6. Note: Use for adding in fruit chaat.
  7. You can keep it up to one week in fridge.
