Ingredients

  • Black peppercorns 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon stick 2 inch
  • Cloves 6-7
  • Green cardamom 5-6
  • Black cardamom 3
  • Dry red chili 5-6
  • Mace 1
  • Nutmeg 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Meat tenderizer powder 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Put all spices except salt and meat tenderizer powder in frying pan and dry roast, till they release a nice aroma.
  2. Grind in a blender to make coarse powder.
  3. To make a finer powder, sieve the masala again.
  4. Mix in meat tenderizer powder and store in a air tight jar.
  5. Note: This quantity is for 1 kg meat.
